    I like it. Now, take it the rest of the way there by snapping a second shot of your reflection in the ball (by having the camera to the left or right) – Make sure to stare into the lens. Then, layer the two images in Photoshop, and erase the camera leaving just you gazing into the orb. It would be a good effect. :-)
